We accept all major credit cards, direct debit, and checks. - Are your caregivers screened? And how?

Yes. - What happens if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it for the shift?
In the case that your primary caregiver is sick and cannot attend another caregiver would be assigned to the shift. - What insurance do you accept?
We accept Long Term Care. - Can we decide to stop services at any time?
A 48-hour notice is preferable. - What is the minimum amount of service hours I can have?
Our minimum amount of service hours is 4 hours. We make an exemption of 2 hours depending upon staff availability.
